This is a smooth mono filament(sometimes called an SB Net) in the front,top and crown. The front edge,in front edge,in front of tab, is 1/4" swiss lace with a soft see-through skin behind the lace and around the perimeter.Designed for permanet graft or bond but could be taped but not suggested.Should be sold as two or more systems as a graft or bond. The shorter amounts of lace front edges are a little more durable than the full 1" of swiss lace which were used on VT002 and VT003. The lace edge can be replaced.This base is the most natural hairline because of the "swiss" type of lace.It can be ordered with bleached knots.
VT005:
This base is similar to the base VT004. It is a smooth mono filament(sometimes called SB)with the front edge of 1/4" welded fine mono filament(stiff lace sometimes called P-Lace or Art Lace material)with a soft see-through skin behind the lace and around the perimeter.Suggest it be used for bond or graft attachment and ordered two or more systems.It has a good looking front but not quite as natural as the base VT004. The lace is also more unstable than the VT004.Tha lace front edge can be replaced and can be ordered with bleached knots.
VT006:
This base is a almost the very same as the VT002,It has the same smoothe mono top and crown but a smaller amount of it and a slightly wider perimeter of PU with silk.The inner section of the perimeter of this base is scalloped while the VT002 has the straight or standard inner perimeter.They both have the same Swiss lace with stitching to hold contour and retard(slow down)the ripping if the occurs.It should be sold in multiples of 3 or more per year.Can be ordered with bleached knots."Swiss "Lace is the most natural of all type of lace.
