Today, I Am Going To Present To You Another Nice Base Design. This Base Simply Allows You To Cut-Down The Base In The Back Area Into Different Sizes.

The Base Material Is Fine Mono Mesh(Also Known As Smooth Welded Mono), The Name Maybe Vary From Different Company.

As You Can From The Picture, On The Front Area, There Is An 1/2" Extra Lace, With A Scallop Front. And It has Pu-Coated On The Front Tab Area.

On The Temples,Sides And Back Area, There Is A 2" PU-Coated, With Stitching Lines,The Distance Between Every Two Lines is 1/2" Which Allows You To Cut Down 1/2" Each Time.

This Base Is A Smooth Mono Filament.
With Crossing Stitches Which Is Used For A Better Hold.

Welded mono--Also called" fine welded mono"!

Today, I am going to show you another base material--Welded mono(also called fine welded mono or Smoothe welded mono). The smoothe welded mono filament,, has a heavy desnsity between the net holes, so it’s surely more durable than the fine mono filament(smooth mono), but also not as breathable as the fine mono filament(smoothe mono).

Let's take a look at this typical smooth mono base--VT020

This base is a smooth welded mono( fine welded mono) filament. Also it is known as Stiff Lace. There are cross stitches, which will be used for added stability and contour holding.This base can also be cut down, only if you cut it from bigger size to smaller size,and it is designed for permanet attachment, so it should be ordered more than 6 per year.

PS: This base should also be ordered with bleached knots in the front area.

Here i want to start with an issue that happend on some toupee wearers, Many wearers might not be able to handle the lace fronts well, so they might tear the lace up. This is good. So in order to solve this problem, Today, i give you the STAR LACE FRONTS design!

As you now you can see this base, It has smoothe mono on top and crown,also there is a thicker PU-Coated on around the temple,sides and back. On the front tab area, There is a star lace, What is a star lace ? Well ,the star lace is a combination of 2 layers,(swiss lace over the top of fine welded mono with a see-through PU,in a pointed design, over the top of the lace.This pointed PU gives durability to the lace and allows the tape to stick to the PU where it sometimes has problems sticking only to the lace. When the hair is added on, the pointed PU fronts are virtually invisible ,and also this makes a good looking ,and more durable front tab area. For those wearers that are not able to handle the lace fronts ,the Coated PU perimeter and smooth mono allows you to tear them up and have a better looking front hairline. However, you can replace the fronts. This base is designed for permanet attachment,but you can use tape on the front, It should be ordered multiples when attached permanetly.

Once again, I ' m here to offer you another classic base design, I know maybe you would bored when i say this , cause i might have say it lot of times, but, if you have really read all the base designs i've listed, then you should know that i'm telling the truth. This base that i'm going to shown is really worthy the word "Classic".

Check this picture out. This base is an all fine welded mono filament,you can see that it has contour stitching, This is for holding its shape better,And also allows you to cut-down if you would. It is good for venting. That is why i called it "Classic", it doesn't need to be special, but very simple and good. This base is designed for permanet attacthment, and should be ordered 4 or more units per year.

For the past two weeks, most base designs that i have listed are smooth mono. Today, let me give you something totally different.

VT017

This base has an open net,double layered with cross stitching. It has a clear PU coated perimeter with a double welded mono front lace edge. If you are looking for a durable base,or you will need a heavy density in a very extreme condition, This base is just the right choice.Also this base is designed for graft/bond attachment,but you can tape it on. You can order a single unit ,but for attachment, i would suggest you to order two or more units. One last thing for this base is that it is very durable and might be the best choice if you are not looking for a natural type base.

A Base That Teaches You How To Attach! --VT016

I have already listed some base designs ,did you noticed that word" attachment" occurs on each base design which i've listed? Okay, today, i am going to show you another popular base design, just simply show you different methods of how to attach this base on your head. And with the help of this, you might also be a mater of attach on toupees.

As you can see the picture above, this base is a smooth mono front,top and crown. And on the front tab area, there is a thin soft see-through skin. Also on the temple,sides and back,there is a open net type material( also called R-NET or 10-NET). To take off and on this base, you might need to use clips,snaps,hook/loops,or fusion point and other methods. However, to attach it more permanetly, you can use cable or track.This base can be ordered a single base a removal unit. But in order to have a backup plan, i still suggest you to order 2 units.

For almost 20 years, this base design has always been popular to the toupee wearers. Sometimes i wonder ,what makes it always popular? Here i will show you the specific description of this base design, hopefully, you can understand.

This base is a smooth mono filament front, top and crown. There's Skin(Pu) behind the mono and around the entire perimeter. On the front edge area,the picture shown does not have scallops, but you can order with scallops.It also has a straight inner perimeter. You can undervent on the PU,But i will not suggest you to do so. This base is designed for permanet attachment, and should be ordered 2 or more systems per year.

Another new week has begun, As we step up into the beautiful MAY with warm wind. Here you will witness a great combination of PU and smooth mono. One of the most classic designs that there has ever been.

As you can see this base, Why i call it a great combination ? Because it is a unique combination of PU(Skin) and smooth mono. There is a PU see-through on the front ,top and crown and with a 1" PU around temple,side and back. There is smooth mono on the back half , which is used for ventilation. You can have any size scallops as you want on the front. This base is designed for " medium or less" density.Also for permanet attachment. Should be orderred 4 or more units per year. What really makes this base so special is that it does not only have the naturalness of skin ,but also has the smooth mono for ventilation.
